The Jersey City Art School is conducting an open call for artists, art students or complete beginners to paint the back drops for the 7th Annual 4th Street Art and Music Festival, to take place October 2nd. We will be working in teams to create 3 distinct murals, designating different areas of the 4th Street Art & Music Festival.
