The Hunterdon Art Museum, which specializes in contemporary art, craft and design, exhibits work by internationally recognized artists as well as emerging artists. The Museum presents approximately thirteen exhibitions and offers more than 200 art courses and workshops for adults and children as well as summer art camps annually. In addition the Museum works with area schools and provides docent tours and other community programs. Located in Clinton, New Jersey, HAM is about one hour west of New York City.

We are seeking a part-time Education Coordinator who will be involved in all aspects of the education department. The Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Education managing our small, but very busy education department. Responsibilities will range from assisting with the development of programs and interacting with students, artists, schools, and the general public to ordering supplies, registering students, maintaining studios, entering data, and writing correspondence. The successful candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and friendly and have excellent writing, computer and people skills. Hands-on art experience and familiarity with the public school system are a plus.
