Corning Center for the Fine Arts in Corning Iowa is looking for resident artists. Located 1.5 hours from Des Moines, Omaha, and 2.5 hours from Kansas City,

CCFA offers the best of artist support, rural inspiration and strategic Midwest location all in one. Residencies at the art center are for up to 12 months. Each residency includes a huge apartment, studio space in the art center and full use of the studio facilities 24 / 7. The cost is $185.00 a month and includes everything except food.

Currently there is also a 2-year grant to support artists teaching classes to youth in the community that can offset the costs of the residency for artists who are interested in teaching.

Qualifications: Professional Artist.
