Collective Gallery hosts an artist’s studio and residency program, located in Chinatown/Lower East Side (Manhattan) which create a supportive and immersive environment for international artists, emerging and mid-career.

The space benefits from:
- 1500 sft gallery space with 5 live/work studios with storage at $1500 each monthly (for one year minimum)
- 1 gallery with monthly exhibitions (one participation to a group show annually)
- a huge rooftop
- internet wireless, telephone, 4 hours cleaning lady weekly, washing machine (we share the utilities )
- close to the New Museum, Pearl Paint (art store), 6 NQRW JMZ subway stations, right in the middle of emerging Lower East Side galleries

Collective Gallery’s priority is to offer a stable environment for visiting artists and art studen. We offer not only a welcoming community of artists with which to exchange
ideas and learn, but also accommodations, and direct exhibition opportunities, a built-in social network, an exceptional asset to those who come to work in such a large city.
