Accepting proposals for Contemporary Sculpture Dear Curators, Sculptors, Art Administrators & Friends of Chesterwood, Chesterwood is now accepting proposals for Contemporary Sculpture at Chesterwood 2010. This year’s guest curator is Richard Klein, Exhibitions Director of The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum. I have attached a copy of the complete prospectus for your review. I hope that you will take a moment to apply for this year’s exhibition or, if you are not a sculptor yourself, forward this call for entries to any artists who might be interested in receiving this prospectus. Please note that all applications must be postmarked by Friday, April 16th. I hope to notify sculptors of Richard Klein’s decisions by April 30th. Regardless of whether you choose to apply or forward this information, I hope to see you at Chesterwood this year. Daniel Chester French’s home, studio and gardens will be open daily, 10 am to 5 pm, from May 29 to October 11. Thank you, and I look forward to seeing you at Chesterwood this summer!
