Artists Wanted

2010-2011 Seasons

Adirondack Lakes Center for the Arts in Blue Mountain Lake, NY, exhibits traditional and contemporary art in any medium. All artists are encouraged to apply. Curatorial proposals are welcome. Print, wood, fiber, metal, glass, ceramic, stone, installation, oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil, photography, illustration, etc… have been shown in the Center’s multiple galleries. Submissions from artists to exhibit their work in the Arts Center’s galleries during the 2010/11 seasons are being accepted. The deadline for submissions with application fee of $15/$10 members is November 1, 2009. The Arts Center has three galleries, which show throughout the year. Selection and notification will be completed within two months following the deadline. A panel of professionals and local residents reviews submissions. Please do not call to inquire about the status of your submission. Exhibits run four to eight weeks. Artists will be considered for solo, two-person or group exhibits. Artists must arrange the transport of works to and from the Center. Invitations, publicity and other details are shared between the artist and the Arts Center.
