I’ve lived here with my wife since graduating from the NYAA in 01. We are moving upstate and so are looking for someone to take over our lease starting Dec 15.

The building is on the first stop of the JMZ, the commute to the Academy is 20 mins -1/2 hr door to door.

The loft is fully built out and can accommodate up to two couples but one would have to sleep in the sleep loft which is less comfortable than the bedroom. Its best for a couple or two roommates.

Including the sleep loft its about 1000 sq.ft. with additional storage.

The rent is 2100 plus utilities (about 175/mnth)

Painting/sculpture Studio is 225 square feet.
