There are two studios available at the art co-op that I work at. They will be available August 1st It’s at 47 Beaver St. Brooklyn NY. It’s right off the J,M,Z train line at Flushing Ave. If you want to see the Layout you can see it at www.lumenhouse.com. the available studios are the one closest to the photo studio and the one closest to the window.
The prices for each are $300.00 and $350.00 respectivly. Rent includes utilities and internet, plus some access to the photo studio. Anyone interested should contact Aurora Robson at info@lumenhouse.com.
