I’m looking for someone to share my apartment is Washington Heights. It’s in a great, quiet area on Fort Washington Ave and 184th. The A train is literally next door, so it’s great for people commuting to the Academy.
The apartment is a one bedroom, but I’m going to convert the living room into my bedroom and give the actual bedroom to my roommate. The bedroom is a little more than 11×13 with a really big closet. Rent is $1325 to be shared, so $662.50 each. Heat is included, but not electric. I also have
2 cats. The move in date is most likely going to be February 1st, possibly before that, but I’m not sure yet when the room is going to be available. Also, it’s kind of open ended in terms of the length of time, but I’d like a commitment for at least a few months.
