I am looking for someone to share my current painting studio.
The bldg is located in L.I.C. easy access from Manhattan from the E or V trains (6 train also connects to the V-E at Gran Central) it is two blocks from the 23rd St – Ely Ave Station (first Queen station coming from Manhattan)
The bldg is immaculately kept, pretty much dust free and quite. There are sinks and bathrooms on the floor. There is an exhibition space on premise for group exhibits which the bldg. management organizes. There is also a wood cutting shop available to all tenants.

The space is 11 feet wide x 22 feet long with 12 feet high ceilings and has a window surrounded by a full glass brick wall facing west which provide nice natural light. The monthly fee for the ½ shared rent is $341,25 / all inclusive.
