We are seeking new digs. Currently, we are in a 1000 sq/ft high ceilinged, work friendly (2) bedroom in the Red Hook neighborhood of Brooklyn and need something bigger.. We need two bedrooms and a separate work studio (could be a large 3rd bedroom). We would like outdoor space and a w/d. Must be legal (we have a small child). We’re into looking in odd places; our budget is tight. If you have any great leads, please let us know.

We are long-tern lessors, clean, quiet, responsible with great credit and excellent rental references. We may be able to arrange a trade for our space, which is super for a couple w/out children.
