I am an alumni of the Academy (2002) and need a studio to rent in Manhattan, preferably shared, starting in April. I need approx 250 sq ft for my own side.
More is even better, smaller might be possible, depending on the arrangement
of the walls. I tend to work on paintings between 3 and 6 ft.
Natural light is good. A window a must. Need an elevator. Prefer artists building.
I live on the upper west side, so midtown west or chelsea is best.

I would like to pay approx. $500 for my share.

I know of another alum that would like to share as well. So if you know of a larger space with room for two more, even better!
