Two NYAA alumni need one or two more artists to share a studio space.
Studio is on the Upper East Side. One block from the 4/5 express train at 86th.
Unique studio on the top floor of a commercial building. Studio has amazing light, high ceilings. Very large space. 700sqft. Access to roof terrace. Walk up, but use of elevator too. Because the space is on the top floor of a business, hours of access are limited to Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. No nights or weekends. (Only major drawback)

This is an amazing space for the right artists. Painters, non-toxic materials preferred. One alum in share is allergic to some sculpting materials.

Studio will be available starting around April 1st.

$425. per person shared four ways. This is including utilities.
Shared three ways, a little more each. Could be divided according to usage.
Total Studio Cost of studio is $1650. a month. Plus utilities (avg $30 per month total)

It is possible that there will be another space to share in chelsea, midtown or somewhere else in Manhattan. But we would still like to find one or two more artists.
