Hello, I am subletting my studio at the Elizabeth Foundation http://www.efanyc.org/studios-mission/ (39th btw 8th and 9th in Manhattan) from June 22nd to Aug 1st. The studio is 360 sf with a wall of windows and a terrace looking out over 39th st.
The studio has AC and a kitchen and bathroom right outside. There is a freight elevator and locking door. The rent is 780 a month. Please let me know if you are interested, or pass this along to somebody who may be.
