Artist couple seeks female roommate to share large sun-drenched 2 bedroom apartment is Prospect Park South• $675 a month + utilities around $125 a month including electricity, gas, DSL, your own Direct TV DVR with Premium package • Available August 15 (flexible) • Must love animals (We have a large mellow English Setter dog and two friendly cats that would have free roam of the apartment except for your bedroom) • Apartment overlooking Prospect Park • Less than 5 minute walk to the Q or B express trains at Church Ave and 10-15 walk to F or G trains at Fort Hamilton Parkway • Spacious private bedroom with two sunny windows, large closet in bedroom • Newly renovated kitchen with stainless steal dishwasher and refrigerator and fully equipped with cooking appliances • Elevator building • Prefer no other pets but would consider a dog if it gets along well with our dog • We are vegetarian but are open to respectful meat eaters • Clean but laid back • No cigarette smoking inside • We are both really busy with day jobs and working in our studio in Red Hook and would prefer someone who is also busy • Due on move in: first month, last month and security deposit Attached are two photos – I am happy to set up a time for people to come take a look.
