I am an oil painter who works almost exclusively by natural light. I have a wonderful space in Dumbo, Brooklyn on the top floor of a building. The space is approximately 13′ × 20′ with the longer length comprised of a row of north light windows AND north light skylights above. The ceilings are very high. There is a 24 hour access, a freight elevator, well-kept bathrooms. There is Heat and Air Conditioning in the studio. I will be there part time and occasionally will have private students.
