Hello! I’m Kristin and I’m an atelier trained artist looking to rent a room while attending the academy. I am pretty flexible on location as long as ideally the rent would be $800-$1300 a month in a decently safe area. Ideally I would be looking to move in September 1st. I’m 26 years old and friendly but also enjoy keeping to myself. Ideally I only need a space for a bed, a small desk, easel and shelf. I am clean and happy to do chores, I enjoy being outside, working out, hiking, checking out cool and interesting places, and going to museums. I have no pets but am also not adverse to any critters you may have. I can provide housing references from my past roommates.

Looking forward to living in the city and meeting new people.

Best,

Kristin Middleton
