Prior to coming to the New York Academy of Art in 2022, I was a graphic designer, a Human Nutrition college teacher, and an entomologist. Fascinated by the ways wildlife adjusts to the world we are building for ourselves, my installations and paintings depict these wildlife (pigeons, rats, etc.) in observed situations that exemplify their utilization of our societal debris.
