Lara Ronan is a figurative artist who explores concepts of place, connections, and personal relationship. Working is oil paint, water-based paint, multi-media collage and embroidery to externalize the visions, dreams, and memories she experiences. Her images derive from a narrative, but are largely free of overt explication in favor of imagination and possibility.
