Miguel Torres Carlos is a full-time professor in the Department of Digital Arts at Tecnlogico de Monterrey since 2015. In addition, he has been certified in Peacebuilding by COADY Institute, Canada. He has a Bachelor of Design from La Salle University. He is currently working in the design of new courses at Tecnológico de Monterrey and student assessment.

He has worked professionally in The Seventh Art | Real State Branding, Tepeyac Association of New York, Korean Textiles among others. He has made links with the community of disabled people to generate didactic material and collaborated in artistic projects with museums and non-profit institutions in Puebla, Mexico.
